Yes. You do have to own your own property to qualify for our management program. However, we also have an investment program to purchase property as well. You can schedule a consultation and pick a time to speak with a member of our team about getting a property to be furnished.

Yes. We will honor a 20% price match increase for any property management company you are currently using. All we need is the address and receipts of your current profitable payments.

We allow contract termination at any time with a 30 day notice. If you would like to terminate the contract, simply contact our property management department and they will work through it with you.

No. We believe in investing with our Clients. We will place capital into the property by either purchasing equity, or fully furnishing the property ourselves with our own money.

Although we do operate in the STR (Short-Term Rental) space; we are not like other STR companies. We do not work with people “on vacation” or “just visiting”. We operate in longer term contracts through our agreements for housing with other businesses. Through our system we are able to charge Air Bnb & VRBO nightly rates but with long term commitments.
